I use the personal data collected primarily to conclude and process my orders with my customers and business partners, in particular in the context of photographic/filming activities and personnel/social media management, as well as to comply with my legal obligations in Switzerland and abroad. Consent that has been given can be withdrawn at any time, but this has no effect on data processing that has already taken place.

4. cookies

I typically use "cookies" and similar technologies on my websites to identify your browser or device. A cookie is a small file that is sent to your computer or automatically stored on your computer or mobile device by the web browser you use when you visit my website. This enables us to recognize you when you return to this website, even if we do not know who you are. In addition to cookies that are only used during a session and are deleted after your visit to the website ("session cookies"), cookies can also be used to store user settings and other information for a certain period of time (e.g. two years) ("permanent cookies"). However, you can set your browser so that it rejects cookies, only stores them for one session or otherwise deletes them prematurely. Most browsers are preset to accept cookies. We use permanent cookies so that you can save user settings (e.g. language) so that I can better understand how you use our offers and content. If you block cookies, certain functions (e.g. language selection) may no longer work.

In some of my newsletters and other marketing emails, I also incorporate visible and invisible image elements, where permitted, which I can retrieve from my servers to determine whether and when you have opened the email so that I can measure and better understand how you use my offers and tailor them to you.

By using my websites and agreeing to receive newsletters and other marketing emails, you consent to the use of these techniques. If you do not want this, you must set your browser or e-mail program accordingly.

5. Tracking and other technologies

Google Analytics

I sometimes use Google Analytics or similar services on my website. This is a third-party service that may be located in any country in the world (in the case of Google Analytics, it is Google LLC in the USA,, with which I can measure and evaluate the use of the website (non-personal). Permanent cookies set by the service provider are also used for this purpose. The service provider does not receive any personal data from us (and does not store any IP addresses), but can track your use of the website, combine this information with data from other websites that you have visited and which are also tracked by the service provider, and use these findings for its own purposes (e.g. control of advertising). If you have registered with the service provider yourself, the service provider also knows you. The processing of your personal data by the service provider is then the responsibility of the service provider in accordance with its data protection provisions. The service provider only informs me how our respective website is used (no information about you personally).

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:

You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google's privacy policy:

This website uses the "demographic features" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section "Objection to data collection".

Hosting provider & server log files

The provider of the site automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are

- IP address- Browser type and browser version

- Operating system used

- referrer URL

- Host name of the accessing computer

- Time of the server request

This data cannot be directly assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use. This data and all data on this website is stored by our hosting provider Hostpoint AG, Neue Jonastrasse 60, CH-8640 Rapperswil, whose privacy policy can be found here.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to me as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you send to me cannot be read by third parties.

Social plugins

I also use so-called plug-ins from social networks such as Facebook (Meta), LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube (Google) on my websites. This is visible to you in each case (typically via corresponding symbols). We have configured these elements so that they are deactivated by default. If you activate them (by clicking on them), the operators of the respective social networks can register that you are on my website and where and can use this information for their purposes. The processing of your personal data is then the responsibility of this operator in accordance with its data protection regulations. I do not receive any information about you from them.

Newsletter dispatch

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. Subscriptions to the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes storing the time of registration and confirmation as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored with MailChimp are also logged.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. At the same time, your consent to the sending of the newsletter via MailChimp and the statistical analyses will expire. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel the sending of the newsletter via MailChimp or the statistical analysis separately. You will find a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter at the end of each newsletter.

The newsletter is sent via "MailChimp", a newsletter distribution platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. Furthermore, MailChimp may, according to its own information, use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass it on to third parties. We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" and thus undertakes to comply with EU data protection regulations. We have also concluded a "Data Processing Agreement" with MailChimp.
